Santa Claus visited Scoil Naomh Pádraig on the last week of school before our Christmas holidays. From the moment Santa arrived, the school was filled with excitement, laughter, and Christmas cheer. The children waited eagerly, their faces lighting up as they caught sight of his red suit and heard the familiar jingle of his bell echo through the corridors.
Santa took time to visit each classroom, greeting pupils and chatting to them about their Christmas wishes, schoolwork, and festive preparations. The children shared stories, songs, and drawings they had prepared especially for his visit.
The visit was made even more special by the beautifully decorated classrooms and corridors, which reflected the creativity and hard work of the pupils in the weeks leading up to Christmas.
Santa praised the pupils for their kindness, good behaviour, and hard work during the year, reminding them of the importance of caring for one another. Each child received a small treat, which was accepted with huge smiles and heartfelt thanks. It was a lovely way to finish our school term.
