2nd, 3rd & 4th Classes were invited to a storytelling event organised by our local library.
Katherine Scanlon read her fabulous book ‘Clipper The Hurl’. This story brings to life the spirit of hurling and camogie. Clipper embarks on an unforgettable adventure that teaches children about resilience, friendship, and the joy of chasing their dreams.
Katherine is a brilliant storyteller. She also explained about her process of writing and the children had lots of insightful questions for her to answer.
She even gave us a pencil and colouring sheet each! Thank you, Katherine! We are also so grateful to Anne & Maura for organising this session. We loved it 😊
